What I love about our program: The Reading Hospital ED is among the busiest EDs in the country and provides care for a very socioeconomically and culturally diverse population. Also, the hopes of running into TSwift.

What I love about our program: I felt as though I was surrounded by a family that wanted to share their wealth of knowledge and experience with me.

Fun fact: Growing up, I have always had a love for animals. However, after medical school, I found my lifelong passion as an equestrian refocused into show jumping. Now I utilize my time outside residency to chase my love affair with horses within the sport of show jumping.

What I love about our program: I came to Reading for EM because I was struck by the positive atmosphere. I was impressed by the unique combination of a large hospital with high volume and an interesting patient population and pathology while maintaining a community hospital vibe. I was eager to be involved in a new program where I could help build a great residency.

Fun fact: My childhood pets were two raccoons.

What I love about our program: When I first visited Reading I immediately experienced the friendly atmosphere when several staff members offered to help me navigate around the extensive campus. I chose Reading Hospital because not only is it a top-notch facility with the busiest ED in the state, the culture was a perfect fit.

Fun fact: I loved Dad Jokes way before I became a Dad of 3 children.

What I love about our program: A new program offers the chance to help shape the culture and practices of it. It has been an exceptional opportunity to experience high acuity patients with plenty of procedures. My intern year I logged over 90 intubations and 35 central lines!

Fun fact: I play in a band with fellow residents Paul Copperman and Samuel Wood.
