What I love about our program: I wanted to do my residency somewhere that cared not only about my professional growth, but also my personal growth and wellbeing just as much. And I found exactly that at Reading.

Fun Fact: I had 3 chest tubes placed just 10 days before starting residency and still managed to start on time with all my co-residents.

What I love about our program: We have unlimited access to procedures because you are unopposed by other residents and we have small residency classes, dedicated Pediatric ED and fellowship-trained Peds ED docs who are committed to teaching, fellowship-trained US director and one-on-one training on ultrasound, and state-of-the-art Trauma Bay.

What I love about our program: I find great value in our program's unique exposure to multiple ED settings. As a thriving hospital system, EM residents at Reading are fortunate in our ability to work in a large academic center, community hospital, and dedicated pediatric emergency departments all within a single program!

Fun fact: I owned and managed a custom home design and building firm along the beautiful coast of South Carolina for 17 years prior to becoming an emergency medicine physician.
